Ingredients
- 450g beef cubes
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cm ginger (minced)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 60 ml water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil

In a bowl, mix together the cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Season the beef cubes with the spice mixture and oil. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a small saucepan, heat the garlic, ginger, peanut butter, honey, water, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a charcoal grill or hot coals, and place the beef cubes on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.

In the meantime, heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.

To serve, plate the grilled beef cubes and drizzle with the sauce.
Chef's Tip
For a special twist, you can brush the beef cubes with honey before grilling for an extra sweet flavor.
