Ingredients

  • 500g minced beef
  • 250g minced pork
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • For the sauce:
  • 300ml beef stock
  • 200ml cream
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp aji amarillo paste
  • To garnish:
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • To serve:
  • Boiled potatoes or rice

Instructions
