Ingredients
- 4 tunnbröd (Swedish flatbreads)
- 4 sausages (preferably of a smoky variety)
- 500 g potatoes, peeled
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 100 g iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 100 ml creme fraiche or sour cream
- 1 tbsp hot chili sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh dill for garnish
- Vegetable oil for grilling

Boil the potatoes in salted water until easily pierced with a fork, then mash them with butter until smooth, and season with salt to taste.

Mix the creme fraiche or sour cream with hot chili sauce, honey, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt to create a spicy dressing.

Grill the sausages in a bit of vegetable oil until they're cooking through and have a nice char on them.
