- 500g scialatielli
- 100ml white wine
- 300g pork shoulder
- 70g 'nduja
- 2tbs extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the pork shoulder and fry until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the 'nduja and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine.

Add the scialatielli to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
