- 3 tbsp water
- 240 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 150 g sweetened azuki beans

Begin by softening the gelatin in a small bowl with 3 tbsp of water. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Gently heat the milk in a saucepan over medium flame, then whisk in the matcha powder until fully dissolved.

Add sugar and heavy cream to the matcha mixture and stir over the heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not bring to a boil.

Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the softened gelatin, and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Place sweetened azuki beans at the bottom of each ramekin.

Pour the matcha panna cotta mixture over the azuki beans in the ramekins.

Let the panna cottas cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
