Ingredients
- 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon of fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 2 small red onions, thinly sliced
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped into small cubes
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
