This Habanero Summer Salad is a fresh, zesty, and delicious dish that pairs spicy habaneros with cooling red onions, tomatoes, and limes. Coriander adds brightness and a hint of aromatic flavor while a sprinkle of soy sauce rounds out the dish with a dash of umami. The perfect way to cool down under the summer sun!

Ingredients

  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 small red onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped into small cubes
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
