Big Mac Taco
This fusion taco takes a classic all American burger and moves it south of the border. Enjoy it with a side of fries or top it off with a dollop of sour cream for a delicious new take on a classic!

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium-size tortillas
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, oregano, and salt and pepper until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties until they are browned and cooked through.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and onion.

To assemble the tacos, warm the tortillas in the same skillet or in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5 minutes.

Place the patties in the tortillas and top with cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickles, and the mayonnaise-ketchup-onion mixture.

Serve warm.
Chef's Tip
Try adding jalapenos to the tacos for an extra kick of heat.
