- 1 small carrot, finely grated
- 1 small zucchini, finely grated and excess moisture squeezed out
- 2 tablespoons of oat bran
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
- Olive oil for cooking
